(Original language: Italian) Small premise: I visited "Le Tre Piramidi" one evening at the beginning of December 2022 CLEANLINESS and DECORATION: I found "Le tre piramidi" a very clean and decorous restaurant, especially the bathrooms. REACHABILITY: I must start by saying that I was accompanied, so my information on this may be inaccurate. However, it seemed to me that the place can be reached by car and it is not even difficult to find parking (there is no internal parking!). I repeat: this is just my perception. I can't say anything about accessibility by public transport. STAFF: I found the staff very friendly, kind and helpful. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY AND SERVICES: "Le tre piramidi" is a very simple and spartan family-run restaurant and pizzeria. There is both an internal area and an external area. The kitchen is managed by an Egyptian chef who has lived in Italy for at least twenty years and who knows how to cook really well. DESCRIPTION OF THE MENU: The menu is very simple. It is divided into first courses, second courses and side dishes, pizzas and focaccias. It contains few dishes and this is a greater guarantee of freshness. DESCRIPTION OF THE FOOD: As per the photo, I ate a bruschetta with olives and penne with salmon: all good and delicious food. QUALITY-PRICE RATIO: I found the quality-price ratio excellent: the prices were neither too high nor too low, and the food was equally good (based on the price). STRONG POINTS: For me, the strong points are: 1) the food: really good; 2) the kindness and courtesy of the staff. WEAKNESSES: For me, the only weak point is the pipes: when I left the room, my clothes smelled like cooking and this makes me think that there is something wrong with the extraction. However, given the strengths, let's say that this weakness can also be overlooked. IN CONCLUSION: If you like spartan and simple, but nice places and want to spend a pleasant evening, "Le tre piramidi" is for you.
