The business is located in the historic center of Jesi, nothing to say about the location. The place is very simple although well looked after. The service is dysfunctional, disorganized and long. Low quality and poorly cooked food, for example the croutons were not plated and were covered in poor nduja; spaghetti not cooked properly and frozen clams, with a terrible flavour. Disappointing experience - Beware of food quality I recently had dinner at the "La Bottega del Civico 1" restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. The foods served, especially the meat, gave off an unpleasant odor which suggested inadequate storage. The other elements of the meal, such as the ham and cheese, were also not of satisfactory quality. The staff was unable to provide adequate explanations or solutions. I decided to share this review to encourage future customers to pay attention. Food safety is a priority and I hope the restaurant takes serious steps to ensure it.
