We ate the meat well, even if there was no ventilation and too much smoke in the room The desserts are not good Dry strudel, mascarpone without biscuits and panna cotta with syrup... desserts are not their strong point. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I went to this restaurant on Saturday evening. Arrived at 7.40pm, semi-empty restaurant (there were only 3/4 other tables). My husband orders a menu with appetizer, casoncelli, tagliatelle, dessert and coffee while I only order a tagliatelle; I kindly ask to have it when my husband's comes out too. They bring the appetizer and the place slowly begins to fill up. From there they didn't bring anything anymore until around 8.40pm, when the casoncelli came out. They slowly served one table at a time and from the time we arrived at 7.40pm, I ate my steak at around 9.15pm. In all this, the ventilation service was almost non-existent: a table near us was cooking the meat on the griddle. There was a lot of smoke throughout the restaurant, so much so that it was really annoying and I couldn't breathe; I imagine what would have happened if they had served multiple second courses at the same time! Regarding the quality of the food, all in all not bad, the casoncelli very very sweet so much so that they tasted almost exclusively of amaretto, but still cooked well and the cut good. I asked for it well done and it was. Overall I don't think I'll go back. Price per person: €70–80 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The place is spartan, with minimal furnishings and a somewhat "cold" atmosphere. Don't expect an elegant or romantic setting, but rather a simple, informal place where the focus is on the food. The service is courteous and kind. The staff is attentive to customer needs and ready to recommend the best dishes. The real star of the restaurant is the meat. Excellent quality, tasty and cooked to perfection. I tried a Fiorentina steak which was truly excellent. The other dishes on the menu are also good, with simple and genuine flavours. The price is excellent, especially in relation to the quality of the food. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent grilled meat in an informal setting and at reasonable prices, Le Tentazioni del Braciere is the right place for you.
