Located among the very narrow streets of the historic center of the Coppola Village, the "Le Rondini" pizzeria is a true jewel hidden among the ancient buildings and winding alleys. Its entrance seems to be a real puzzle, but once inside, an atmosphere that seems out of time welcomes you. The walls are decorated with frescoes of the cook, better known as Zaq(please release his family). The low ceiling makes you feel like you're attending a secret dinner in the basement of a medieval castle. The menu, although limited, is a symphony of flavors. The pizzas, thin and crunchy like ancient parchments (ancient also in the sense of production), are like empty canvases that you can paint with your favorite combinations of ingredients. The staff appear to be part of a secret brotherhood of pizza chefs (a mafia), with traditional clothing and an apparent predilection for mystery. Don't expect to discover the secrets of their secret recipe (piatt chin is uogl), but prepare to enjoy a unique culinary experience. If you bring children under 7 years of age, you have the option of leaving them in the cellar. At the end of the month they are put up for auction and the first person who offers the most wins the lot! In conclusion, "Le Rondini" is a pizzeria that catapults you into an atmosphere of mystery and history, where the pizzas are the hidden treasure. If you are willing to seek out this hidden gem in the heart of the historic center, you will be rewarded with a unique journey through time and taste.
