It was filled to the brim with lots of ingredients, but a key ingredient for me like Salmon was in really small portions. It felt more like a bowl with a bit of everything, where nothing shone as the focus. I was tempted to add more ingredients but I think the bowl was overflowing as it was (both good and bad) so I didn't add anything in the end. Pretty good value for money if you're looking for a big bowl, but if you're looking for more salmon where protein was the focus then it fell a little short. Vegetarian options: yes you can create your own bowl that is vegetarian Dietary restrictions: suitable for those who may have particular requirements or restrictions as you can create your own bowl Parking: within Val D Europe! Very nice discovery in Val d’Europe, the Smoothies are excellent, especially the peach one! Amazing. Very fresh and quality food. Very kind and welcoming seller. After 4 lunches in this new Nogent restaurant, I had to leave a blank. My first contact with Le Noëlie was lukewarm, well eaten but a little stuffy atmosphere for a bowl restaurant on the go. I went back later, the team had changed, much more friendly and relaxed, but very professional and efficient, so I've been going back since :)
