The wine is very expensive. But the selection is huge. A deposit of 2 euros is deducted for the top-up cards, but this is not shown at the checkout afterwards. You have to be careful because you are inclined to tip small amounts left on your card. But you don't automatically get the 2 euros back, so you also gave this deposit money as a tip. It would be nicer if people were made aware of this when the card was issued or when leaving the restaurant. Price per person: €20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

What stands out is the wine bar where you can tap your own wine. The food was good, unfortunately some tapas were too greasy. The staff is friendly but was overwhelmed by the partly closed company and couldn't keep up with the drinks. Overall a nice shop. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My tip: Watch your money and don't believe every good review! Unfortunately I had an unpleasant evening and subsequent contact with the Le Kork bar. I was there about 2 months ago and had loaded a consumption card with €40. There was currently a €40 pay get €50 promotion. So my card was loaded with €50. The employee did not inform me in any way that this card could not be paid out at the end of the evening. Since there was only €0.70 left on the card after the evening, I decided to just keep the card and use it next time. The next time I was there was on August 23rd. there. We were at reception again, I informed the colleague that I still had a card. We then topped it up again with €200. I was not offered another card. The employee then informs me that if we don't use up the credit, we will get the credit back at the end of the evening. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. At the end of the evening, the employee rudely and cheekily claimed that she had never said that and that promotional cards cannot be paid out. There were 4 of us there and everyone heard what the employee had said. Since clarification was not possible, we left and I then wrote an email to the Le Kork bar. There was €13.30 left on my card. The managing director Ludmilla Fichtner then made it clear to me several times that a payout was not possible and that I simply hadn't listened properly. Quote: "we didn't make a mistake". As a gesture of goodwill, it would be possible to pay me €3.30. However, the €10 given as a gift must remain on the card permanently, that would be your policy...Unfortunately that doesn't make sense for me, as I used up €0.70 of the €10 given away on the first evening. For me, it would have been customer-friendly if the employee made a mistake in advice, they would simply admit it and make the payment. I rejected the offer to pay out the €3.30 and will draw my conclusions from that. Watch your money and only charge as much as you drink. Unfortunately, you cannot be sure that the remaining balance will be paid out. IMPORTANT: Don't believe every good review here. I've noticed myself that on some evenings the staff will come to the tables and give you a chip for a free drink if you write a good review. Conclusion: I will stay away from the store. I don't need rip-offs and good reviews. Price per person: €60–70 Service: 1
