Entrez pour un peu de repos après une longue promenage autour de Emmanuel Church. C'est vraiment une excellente idée de goûter un saumon fumé fascinant. Si vous avez faim, venez ici pour manger un parfait délectable.
La carte des vins est impressionnante, elle ravira tous les palais. Un café délicieux est servi à cette restaurant à viande. Un personnel digne attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service agréable, vous devriez aller à Le Grill. Des plats délicieux à un prix démocratique sont offerts ici. Avec un décor sympa, les visiteurs se sentiront comme chez eux. Ce lieu est dans le guide Michelin et a 1 "couvert noir" : cet endroit propose une ambiance chaleureuse.

Très bel endroit mais expérience gâchée par le personnel qui refuse d’accepter notre choix d’une cuisson « bien cuite ». La viande est saignante voire même bleue malgré notre requête, puis il nous est catégoriquement refusé de re-cuire la viande, sous prétexte qu’une viande « doit » se manger comme ça. Le soucis est qu’en mettant la satisfaction client de côté au profit de prétendues règles (d’ailleurs infondées et complètement personnelles) quitte à se montrer hautain, celui-ci ne passe finalement plus un bon moment, alors que c’est ce qui importe ! Belle ambiance et beau cadre cela dit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Lieu très chaleureux avec une vue magnifique sur le jet d’eau de Genève. Les plats sont très bons, je recommande le coeur de filet de boeuf en plat principal, il est très tendre. Le service est de haute qualité, rien à redire, tout le personnel est très aimable. Price per person: CHF 80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have given this place a five star rating because on my most recent visit the service was on another universe (in a positive way). This restaurant ages its own meats and they also have whole grilled chicken slow roasted on a spit. Three friends chose this item and I decided to go for a burger. This was a bit of an unusual choice because a burger is not typically the kind of menu item you would come to visit this restaurant for. On my previous visit we shared a Tomahawk. I ordered the burger “medium”. The price at the time was 44chf, which is probably the most I have ever paid for a burger. Accordingly I had high expectations. When my burger was served it looked like a normal average burger. When I tasted it I immediately noticed that it was well done: overcooked. The meat had that dryish grainy texture. The staff did not come to our table at frequent intervals and although it was a bit unfortunate, I did not want to specifically complain or have it sent back; these things can happen sometimes, even if they shouldn’t. Toward the end of our meal I gave my feedback to our server. I explained that, at the level this restaurant is positioning itself, my expectation was that there would be something to make this burger stand out from the normal like perhaps they would make their own minced meat, or use a specific type of cheese, or at least be able to differentiate their meat (eg by using ribeye). I mentioned that this burger was missing a “wow factor” and that other burgers from the competition are more creative. The server asked if they should bring another one. This was a friendly gesture but I explained that it was not a bad burger: it just did not meet my subjective expectations. If it would have been unacceptable I would have asked at an earlier stage for a replacement. They were thankful for the feedback and handled it objectively and professionally. When we asked for the bill, the server brought us some desserts, which we had not ordered. The server explained that this was on the house because of the burger, and this was a nice surprise. When the bill came we noticed that they had forgotten to charge us for the burger. When we asked about it they told us that they had deliberately removed it from the bill! What was amazing was that they had not even mentioned this in advance. This was not my intention because somebody spent effort buying and preparing everything. My intention was to give the feedback because I want to come and visit this restaurant again. It was a super nice gesture and the way it was handled was fantastic. I will be sure to ask if they have elevated their burger to have that “wow effect”! ;-) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
