Worst customer service. Today at düsseldorf hauptbahnof on 18th February 2024 around 15:14 the lady at the kasse shouted at me as if I am her slave. When you are working for customer. Just treat well. We are not your slave that you can shout at us. Worst customer experience ever!!!! Never gonna visit this shop again. Especially in the Düssoldorf bahnof. We have been to Boot Düsseldorf 2024 and every single morning we bought our breakfast, lunch and coffee. Yesterday on 27th one of my coworker bought a ceaser salad and when she opened the box for lunch it was full of mold. The next day morning we went there again for daily routine to buy our food. We explained the situation but their attitude was ridiculous and they did not even listened us. Which was quite saddening. I had a wonderful service from gentle Anna, her services was with smiles as I enjoyed the cup of hot chocolate and croissants. It was a pleasure to be served by Anna who was all attentive to my requests at Le Crobag in Dusseldorf main station.
