It naturally took a little time to serve the appetizers before moving on to the main courses. In addition, the burgers were sent at the same time as the other dishes, which was organized to respect the consistency of the service. Your assertion of excessive expectation is therefore unfounded. Regarding the spilled drinks incident, we understand your displeasure, but it is important to point out that the person you thought was the boss was actually just a customer. Furthermore, the team, as well as the boss, immediately offered to take care of your clothes by sending them to the dry cleaners, an offer which you refused. Despite this, you were offered a full meal as a commercial gesture to compensate for this inconvenience. We are also surprised to read that you consider the cook to be “friendly”. For your information, the “cook” in question was the manager of the establishment, who handled the situation professionally and with your satisfaction in mind. We took care to offer you a meal to make up for this incident, and yet your comment seems to ignore these efforts.
