Thanks for your review and good rating. We will definitely look at improving. As we take customer reviews seriously, both good and bad, we always investigate to improve. Thanks for giving us this opportunity to respond, albeit be it on a social media, public platform. Some points of clarity. 1. Time taken (1hour) for food - order was placed at around 11:10 and served at table at around 11:32. (Checked and verified with the point of sale, kitchen slip and cctv footage)Preparing of fresh quality meals in 20mins is standard time for most quality restaurants. We, do however understand, when with a kid, 5 mins can feel like 50mins, we apologise that the 20min prep time, to serve quality, fresh food,did not meet your expected time frame. 2. Portion size of meals - Our menu items under light meals(french toast, half waffles, etc) are exactly that, light meals. As our menu caters for a wide variety of customer tastes and appetite, For customers that have a bigger appetite, ordering from other larger menu items is recommended. 3. Price Point - we have done extensive market analysis, and always consider value for money, for our customers. The current economy, cost of raw products, load shedding, amongst others, always has impact on pricing. We do however believe we are very competitive in the market, and will continue to review 4. Space and Kids - yes we are are restricted in terms of space, but this is what adds to the ambience and atmosphere of the environment. We unfortunately do not have the space for a kids entertainment area.
