Unfortunately not food like the “favorite Italian”! Yesterday we were guests at Latio with 12 people as part of our Christmas party. Of course we had reserved tables in advance. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really chic and cozy and the food we ordered was also very tasty. We were all the more disappointed with the service on site. We were greeted with the statement that we should only order food from the daily menu so that it wouldn't be too much of a hassle for the chef. Only in individual cases should we choose from the normal menu and then please not all different dishes. The majority of us chose pizza from the menu and said that it wouldn't be a problem if it took a little longer or the dishes didn't all come at the same time. The waiter was visibly annoyed and even commented: "But don't everyone order pizza now." It was a miracle that he didn't roll his eyes. Unfortunately, as a guest you didn't feel welcome at all. Whether when asking questions at the table or when collecting money, you always had the impression that you were a nuisance to the waiter No smiles, no kind words. For me it is incomprehensible how one could make such a mistake with twelve potential new customers in such a beautiful restaurant with good cuisine. The poor service simply remains in the overall impression. Unfortunately, the customer is not king in Latio. Too bad! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
