Came for a listening party. Nice place but the cleaner kept mopping and people were falling.. I don’t know why cleaning isn’t done after the event. Also, mandatory coat check is insane. Just charge $5 dollars at the door. Get some damn salt for the front door. It’s tile! So many people were slipping. Cute place but a few tweaks and it can be a great place. Drinks were $13.80. Not terrible but eh. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Hello Delesha, Thank you for stopping by, and we appreciate the feedback! The cleaner was mopping throughout the night to try to mitigate the slush that was being trailed in by guests, we absolutely understand how that may have been an inconvenience. We continued on with salting the tile through the rest of winter. As for coat check we have made it mandatory to mitigate guests going home with the wrong jacket. We hope to see you again soon as we continue to improve!

Last weekend, I got a booth for my birthday with me and my girls. I had booked the reservation through their promoter listed on their instagram via text. I confirmed with the guy about expected prices because I wanted to make sure the spendings would be within our group’s budget. It turned out that this promoter had given us misleading prices because we were charged a lot more that night than what was communicated to us. The next day, I had emailed the club explaining my situation and had provided them with screenshots of how much I was charged and the text conversations between myself and the promoter, which detailed the costs discussed. Later that night, I had received a call from the manager who was genuine about the mistake on their end, apologized about the mix up, and took accountability by refunding us the extra amount we had paid. He also offered us a free bottle for a future visit as a result of this inconvenience. I didn’t have much high hopes for an establishment like them to rectify their mistake like that, but I was really pleasantly surprised and more than pleased with the owner’s way of apology. On top of this, our group had a great time that night, the music was really good, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was amazing. Would recommend for a night out dancing and will be coming back. Just a heads up, for any price inquiries specifically to do with a booth and bottle service, contact the club directly and don’t go through their promoter.
