I visited this cafe twice. The staff is not friendly. Doesn't answer questions about the product. When asked what types of strudel, the girl silently began to take boxes out of the freezer, which opened and the contents fell out. I asked for coffee, but when I tried it, it was simply cold. The cake in the container was carelessly presented on its side so that all the cream rubbed off on the walls. Moreover, I came in at the beginning and end of the day, but the service leaves much to be desired. Delicious cakes and breads, but it’s not pleasant to come in because of the staff. This morning I went for coffee (Americano with milk), and everything was as usual... When I tried the coffee, I burned myself badly, I didn’t swear, I went up to the girl and asked her to add ice, she said that she had burned herself... But the most important thing is how it was possible to overheat the coffee so much, not warn that it was hot, and the most IMPORTANT thing is NOT TO APOLOGIZE!!!!!
