Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I didn't like the service of the staff. When I politely thanked those who were assisting me, they didn't even respond. They made it difficult for me to pay with my credit card. They overcharged me because I paid with a credit card. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't recommend to anyone, I just said good morning but they replied with their own language of course I did not understand anything. They had a Visa/MC sticker for pay but they instantly asking cash, and they charged over the orders amount. They are cold like snow service 0.5/10. Laguna Café – Gorgiladze Street, Batumi 1. Great Location Laguna Café is in the center of Batumi, very easy to find and close to many attractions. 2. Nice Summer Terrace In the warm season, they open a cozy outdoor terrace. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the weather. 3. Clean and Stylish Interior The indoor space is neat and nicely decorated. It feels comfortable and welcoming. 4. Friendly Staff The ladies working there were smiling and polite. They took my order quickly and professionally. 5. Not Traditional Georgian Menu If you’re looking for classic Georgian dishes like khinkali or shashlik, this is not the place. They don’t serve those here. 6. But They Do Have Great Khachapuri I ordered the Adjarian khachapuri. It was served without the soft bread inside (mostly removed), with egg and butter on top. - The dough was perfectly baked—crispy and golden. - The cheese could use a bit more salt, but you can add it yourself. - The portion is big, definitely enough for two people. 7. Top 3 in Batumi for Adjarian Khachapuri Honestly, this version is now in my personal top 3 in Batumi. Delicious and well-made. 8. Fair Prices and Big Portions Prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. You won’t leave hungry. 9. Surprising Menu Choices Besides khachapuri, they also offer dumplings, pizza, and even Chicken Kiev. It’s a bit unexpected, but interesting. --- Overall: Laguna Café is a great place for Adjarian khachapuri and a relaxed meal in the center of Batumi. Good service, tasty food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Just don’t expect a full Georgian menu.
