Most importantly, my apologies you did not have the experience that we expect to be offering our guests at all times. We were unexpectedly short 2 employees Friday, but we should be taking all steps to make sure our customers are properly looked after. We were also really disappointed to find out that your concern stopped with your server and wasn't addressed with our manager/team. We appreciate all feedback and try to correct it during your visit. The oil isn't old but the kitchen team - who is an incredibly passionate team, have made changes with how we are handling the potatoes at service. Feedback is important and wouldn't want a guest to feel they were ignored. We are a small privately owned cafe, we wouldn't be successful without the incredible support we get - we will improve from our mistakes. Again, my apologies for your experience.
