Today we visited this establishment. To begin with, we were warned that the table would not last more than an hour, we agreed since there was a train. We were placed on the top floor, since the suitcase was large, I asked the girl to leave it downstairs, but she said she wouldn’t watch it and it would be better to drag it upstairs (I didn’t ask to watch the suitcase, you have cameras, why?). Having ordered food, we began to wait, and this was a very long time (after half an hour they brought pasta, after another 10 minutes I got cheesecakes), but the children were never brought anything. As a result, after 45 minutes we asked where the children’s food was, the answer was that the kitchen was overloaded. As a result, after about 8 minutes they brought a burger, one of them (they ordered it for two children), but they didn’t bring soup for the little one. After 12 minutes, we asked for the bill and said that let us take it with us, since the children did not have time to eat, they also added packaging to our check. In the end, we couldn’t stand it and went down ourselves and waited another 6 minutes for the packaged soup and burger. Service and maintenance is low. Oh, and it was also very ugly to look at the waiter who was not happy that she didn’t hear that we had two burgers and not one.
