To respond to those who complained about the lack of Prosecco and chips, those who go to this place know well that the selection of wines here is the result of an obsessive search for those producers who work in the least interventionist way possible in the vineyard and in the cellar and who they bring to the table bottles with an excellent - honest, above all - value for money. Evidently rather than serve a 'battle' Prosecco, he preferred not to keep any or he had really run out of the most virtuous vigneron's. And, instead of chips, the restaurant prefers to offer local appetizers such as cured meats, parmesan, grass, etc. We have come to terms with it (and we don't miss the chips). Finally, I have never seen a radio that infects with sad music, rather Rock music often comes out of the club's speakers, but you know how it is; we are in Correggio. And what was then wanted to insinuate with the washing of the bottle... and here too we must point out, to those who hadn't noticed, the many bottles that are used in the place as flower vases (specifically, roses, which are purchased by the Pakistani man who sells them in the village). In my opinion you have just missed a good opportunity to enjoy something authentic and quality in the heart of Correggio.
