Indeed, not having a bar and being closed outside of service hours, the team was preparing the room to provide the next service and therefore had to have access to all the tables. Concerning the boxes on the floor in the kitchen, they were only there to mop up oil spilled by accident; and therefore prevent teams from slipping before cleaning this. Finally, we carry out all the health protocols, disinfections and daily cleanings necessary for our activities and have never had a problem regarding the hygiene of the restaurant in 20 years of activity... therefore apart from mosquitoes or other small insects which can actually enter when the windows and the terrace are open, there are no critters roaming around the restaurant… We still apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain at your disposal if you wish to discuss it further, and why not come and eat at LA TRIBU to see that there is no danger in this!More
