Nous avons été très bien reçus à La Taverna Italiana, les serveurs sont souriants et agréables.Ce fût notre premier restaurant en arrivant et notre dernier restaurant avant notre départ de Rome. La nourriture y est délicieuse et de qualité. Un grand merci pour les limoncello offerts. Nous avons aussi mangé une pizza et des pâtes à la carbonara délicieuses... mais la faim et l'odeur ont fais qu'on a oublié de les prendre en photo

A complete and welcoming gastronomic experience at the Taverna dei Migliori We recently visited Taverna dei Migliori in Rome Termini and the experience was absolutely extraordinary. First, I would like to highlight the generosity of the portions; already with a single dish, we found ourselves completely satisfied. In the first courses, the tonnarelli alla gricia were a triumph of perfect cooking, with impeccable creaminess and flavor. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe was a real delight, with a perfect balance of creaminess and without excess salt, allowing the flavors to shine. Moving on to the main courses, the Roman beef meatballs were plentiful and incredibly tasty, while the baked potatoes as a side dish completed the dish deliciously. The saltimbocca alla Romana was studied in detail, with meat cooked to perfection and an exquisite cream, accompanied by the possibility of requesting a dedicated side dish. We opted for Roman chicory, cooked to perfection, with a delicate spicy touch that enhanced its unique flavour. What made this experience truly special was the hospitality of the staff. The kindness and availability in making our medium/large sized dog, a colly, feel welcome, added a personal touch to our evening. The service was impeccable, characterized by smiles and a friendly approach that contributed to creating a warm atmosphere. The ambiance of the venue with its retro walls and decorations completed the experience, allowing us to enjoy the place to the fullest. The attention to detail in the decor added a welcoming and charming touch, contributing to a gastronomic experience that we will not soon forget. We highly recommend Taverna dei Migliori to anyone looking for not only great food, but also a warm welcome and a unique atmosphere.
