We are sorry to read that you did not like the rack of pork. This piece cut from the pig's back is actually known for its layer of fat providing more flavor and making its meat juicier. We also regret that you did not appreciate the decoration of the restaurant which was recently renovated by the French architect Bruno Borrione. We wish you a great summer! Sincerely More
