Absolutely nothing to criticize in terms of quality, but organizationally it's now a disaster. The price is now in a borderline segment, but there is no concept of customer orientation. Either I offer collection on busy days, then it must be possible to organize a telephone service. It cannot be the case that you are blocked twice every 5 minutes and not picked up at all twice. In the meantime, you can now get a pizza of the same quality from the neighboring town via delivery service until someone in Stammbach picks up the phone. Apart from that, there is no longer any need to open the beer garden. The operators should reflect on whether they do their business IN Stammbach or FOR Stammbach.
