I had the pleasure of dining with Costanza, Michele and their Team and we were extremely impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we entered, the welcoming and refined atmosphere made us feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff is courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The recommendations they made to us turned out to be perfect and made our dinner even more special. Speaking of the food, we can't say enough about the talent of the artists in the kitchen. Each course was a surprise of bold flavors and unique pairings. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, and you could really feel the attention to detail in every dish. In particular, the fomoso pan 'cotto was a riot of flavors that left me speechless but with memories of my childhood. There wasn't a single course without appreciation down to the last bite. I opted for a recommended wine to pair with my second course and it was a perfect combination that further enhanced the flavors. Finally, the home-made apple dessert was the ideal way to end the dinner. The taste was sublime. We could perceive the love and passion that Costanza, Michele and the whole team put into every aspect of their work. Ultimately, La Rosa Dei Venti is a place that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an extraordinary gastronomic experience. From the atmosphere to the welcome, from the food to the service, everything was simply perfect. We can't wait to return to taste these delicacies again!
