Après une bonne marche aux alentours de Parrocchia Santa Maria delle Grazie, beaucoup de visiteurs s'arrêtent dans ce restaurant. We booked for 5 people at this facility in May 2024, when we entered the room at 1.45 pm there were around 15 people present. We immediately proceed with the orders, initially limiting ourselves to the choice of first courses for everyone, reserving the order of the second courses later. The wait begins to be longer than normal, sensing what was happening, we note down the times of each event to make clear the disservice we had intuited. As Toto' teaches (cit. "I wanted to see where this stupid man wanted to go"), exactly after 60 minutes (2.45 pm) we called the attention of the waitress asking for an account of our order, the answer: "they are being prepared", after a further waiting for 30 minutes (3.15 pm) we reiterate our request receiving an annoyed response in reference to our impatience (if 90 minutes of waiting can be a time period commensurate with impatient people.......) at this point we get up and we leave only to be joined by the owner outside who, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and in defiance of the rules of civil coexistence, accuses us of being low-class people and in some way unworthy of frequenting this place, with the notice to take the license plate number of our car for unspecified legal actions against us (the only offense I can get is "Exhibit impatience in a public place"). In legal terms I would like to point out that the civil code compares ordering at a restaurant as a sort of contract, in these terms, in the event that there is an unreasonable delay in the provision of a service (the arrival of the dishes at the table ), the user loses interest in the service, acquiring the right to leave the place even if the dishes were about to arrive, by virtue of a mere breach of contract. Advise: Catering work involves direct contact with users, which requires great attention towards them, always showing attitudes of respect and courtesy........who knows what sentiment the owners would have expressed during a well-deserved holiday in a tourist location if they had experienced a similar situation......... La Randa offers an intimate, welcoming atmosphere and takes you on a journey not only of flavors but also of visuals. With a choice of colors and details that bring to mind the Greek islands. The food was delicious, of excellent quality with refined cuisine. Last note but not least: the service. Personal, kind, courteous who transmit tranquility, amplifying the feeling of "holiday". We'll see each other often! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50
