To La Place - Central Station I am writing to draw attention to an unacceptable customer experience I had in your take away department at Hovedbanegården on 20 November 2024 approx. at 07:40. On my visit, I asked an employee of Chinese descent how long the yogurt in the cooler had been there and whether it was possible to get a yogurt from the cold room. Much to my surprise, the employee reacted with an aggressive tone, shouting and swearing at me. She replied that the yogurt could last a day, but at the same time flatly refused to take one from the cold room. When I referred to the cold room that is in the restaurant (which was not yet open as it was not 8 o'clock), she rejected my inquiry with a loud “NO” and rolled her eyes at me. I found this to be a very unprofessional and disrespectful way to deal with a customer. I am a regular customer at La Place and spend an average of DKK 300 per week on your products, where I buy your tuna sandwiches every day, among other things. However, after this experience I feel both badly treated and undervalued as a customer. I do not wish to meet this employee in the future, which has given me consideration as to whether I will continue to visit your café. I hope that you will take this inquiry seriously and investigate the matter further.
