Most definitely the worst hotel in Lörrach. We have tried pretty much all others in Lörrach and nothing is as run-down, dirty and badly kept. Let’s not even talk about service. There is none. Reception staff was not helpful or friendly at all. - reception closed at check out time - public hair in the shower - mildew everywhere Blind was broken. We asked for another room but were told that it was not possible. When asked for our money back we were also told that was not possible. The worst part is that the staff does not care about the customers. The location and the room have huge potential - but the staff and owners obviously do not care. The only reason we stayed here is because all other hotels in town were fully booked. Stay away from this place!!!
