An incredible taste discovery! If someone had told me that one day pastries would have such an effect on my taste buds, I wouldn't have believed it! I have a salty tooth, I would never have hesitated between a cake and a sandwich before discovering “Rebecca’s pastries”! But if my choice had to be made with one of his cakes I think the cake would win . An explosion of flavors, sweetness and crunch (for those who have it) in the mouth. The sweetness of the Banofee, the crunch of the coffee tartlet, the crunch of the shortbread, the fondness of the cheesecake, the softness of the carrot Cake and spiced with an incredible cream, we ask for more! At such a reasonable price when you see the work, the know-how and the organic products used. Great workshop with Rebecca. Discovery of plant-based baking and I am delighted. I was able to make different tarts but my favorite is the lemon tart with a very spicy taste and much less sweet than a traditional lemon tart. A nice taste surprise. Thank you Rebecca Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
La Pâtisserie de Rebecca is one of my favorite Vegan addresses! His creations are so fine, both in taste and visuals. She works particularly well with low GI recipes, it's a real pleasure to enjoy yourself without having all the negative impacts of bad sugars on health and energy, and you really don't miss anything. I recommend any of the tartlets. I loved the pecan vanilla here in the photo but I really like all the flavors that Rebecca offers. The snickers was incredible and I can’t get over the cannelé, making a vegan AND low GI cannelé with coconut sugar so well is an achievement! Rebecca will soon open a tea room in Dourdan but in the meantime she does a lot of small markets and she also offers plant-based baking classes on weekends.
