Après avoir visité Square Frank Jay Gould, venez dans ce restaurant. Les cuisines française et méditerranéenne créées par un chef talentueux sont merveilleuses ici. C'est une excellente idée de commander un crabes fascinant. Plusieurs personnes mentionnent que vous pouvez commander un parfait délectable ici. A Restaurant La Passagère, les invités peuvent essayer un vin délicieux. Un frappe au chocolat est immense, essayez-le.
Ce lieu est parfait pour célébrer votre anniversaire. Un personnel décontracté attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service spectaculaire est toujours un plaisir. Des plats délicieux à un prix démocratique sont offerts ici. Dans cet endroit, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier une atmosphère ravissante et un décor énorme. C'est un restaurant 1 étoile au guide Michelin, cette reconnaissance est habituellement donnée aux restaurants qui servent des mets delicieux.

Good morning, I would like to express my immense disappointment and my dissatisfaction with a dinner at the restaurant La Passagère which was held last night. The context is as follows: for my mother's 70th birthday, I offered a “The sea as a heritage” gift box for 2 people including the initial offer (a glass of champagne for the aperitif as well as a menu in 5 courses) accompanied by two options, namely a food and wine pairing and a bottle of mineral water. My parents planned their evening for September 24, 2021 and during their telephone reservation, they specified to the contact person at the establishment: On the one hand, to dine indoors due to drops in temperature, for fear of being cold (the start of service starting at 7:30 p.m. and not before) On the other hand, some dietary restrictions for medical reasons. The person who received this call validated these requests. In the evening, my parents arrived at the restaurant calmly and had their first disappointment since the staff who welcomed them told them that the indoor room was not set up and that consequently they would dine outside (they were not positioned under a parasol). , which made the evening rather chilly and not very pleasant when having dinner and being static for several hours). The second irritant (and not the least), concerns the waiter who addresses my parents to take the order for the aperitif. My surprised parents pointed out that the box included a glass of champagne and asked to review the voucher sent upon arrival. The server returns with the document on which the contents of the box are explicitly written but insists strongly by saying “we do not base ourselves on the description of the box but on the options listed”. Which makes no sense!!!! It does say “glass of champagne” no no! My parents feel like they are insisting even though they are within their rights and the waiter leaves, explaining “that he will see to authorize this request”. But what is this attitude that gives the feeling that we are trying to grab something?! The 3rd point then concerns the dishes since my mother, seeing the “hiccups” piling up, asks if the dietary restrictions indicated during the reservation have been taken into account. And again...they realize that not at all!!! In summary, I offered a gift box for an expensive amount which implies expectations in terms of quality of customer service and which must correspond to the standard of an establishment such as this 5 star (1 star for the restaurant). However, we noticed poor communication between the staff when booking and the staff on site. I don't understand the contradictory information circulating. On the other hand, the package (I am talking here about the glass of champagne) that I bought was discussed. The waiter gave the feeling that they were “doing us a favor” when not at all, this was indeed included in the price. This positions the customer as a thief even though the offer presented on the site is very clear! We are very disappointed with the level of services offered in relation to expectations and the price spent. The customer experience is negative due to the attitude of the staff which has seriously cooled us on all of these aspects.
