I had dinner at La Nave on a Saturday evening. About the food: We ordered two "hot and cold appetizers" which individually included: shrimp cocktail, octopus salad, 1 fish arancini, 1 fried breaded sardines, 1 crab claw, 1 cuttlefish skewer I think, some anchovies, and two other dishes that did not I remember.. the food was good, however I found the quantities to be small (the photos you see are 2 starters served together, which among other things had been described to us as abundant and varied). To accompany it we ordered a schiaccino with Pomodorino - very good. We then chose tagliatelle with seafood (excellent fish sauce, very tasty) and spaghetti with clams which I didn't like at all. The spaghetti had been ordered at the explicit request of the waitress (who I think was the owner) with the cherry tomatoes, which were not present... the real problem however is that they were unseasoned, it looked like plain pasta with garlic and a bit of parsley . Regarding the service: We had a table near the pizza chef's station and we witnessed discussions regarding incorrectly written orders, others shouted at a distance, confusion with orders in general... it wasn't pleasant because the waitress/owner in question was literally arguing next door so it was impossible for us not to hear them. However, I found the waiters in the dining room very professional, careful to clear the table of empty plates and to satisfy every need with cordiality.
