I would like to point out that in the entire bar there will have been 6 customers already served. For breakfast, I ask for a hot cappuccino and a warmed up pasta, my wife asks for toast, a coffee and a glass of water. After more than 15 minutes the waiter brings the barely lukewarm cappuccino to me and the coffee to my wife. We wait over 10 minutes and I ask for the heated pasta and toast, the annoyed waiter tells me they are being prepared. In the meantime my cappuccino becomes completely cold. After another 5 long minutes the pasta arrives, cold, and the toast. I send the pasta back to heat it up and 10 minutes later, a chubby and unpleasant waitress brings me the pasta, slamming the saucer on the table without even a hint of apology. Terrible breakfast, and after paying, I kindly and politely pointed out to the very unpleasant waiter that the coffee should have been brought after the savory one or at least asked for, and that the pasta should have been served together with the cappuccino. Without even a nod he gave me the receipt and turned around as if I were invisible. Congratulations. If I were the owner I would kick them out without leaving the house. Very bad experience. I went with my son because it seemed like a nice place. They told me that the cake was apple, so I order it, I taste it and instead it was lemon. Not good at all, but leaving that aside, I politely asked if they could change it for me and I got another dessert. They also forced me to pay for the lemon cake because I had tasted it and NOT ATE IT ALL as LA DOLCE VITA WROTE. If it were true how would I bring her back? I am always a kind customer who respects the work of others, I generally also like to leave a tip. I wouldn't treat my customers like that. Really rude. Not to see each other again.
