I had ordered a tub of ice cream through Glovo; out of a total of 4 flavours, I received 3 totally wrong ones. I called the place to inform them of the error and received improper treatment. I was denied the evidence and the girl continued to respond in a completely rude manner and absolutely unsuitable for treating customers. I will definitely not order again, despite having greatly appreciated the restaurant's products in the past. Food: 1

I have tasted much better icecream all over Europe. To me La Cremeria is highly overrated. I expected a lot more based on the reviews.
