L'atmosphère agréable de La Côte fait que les clients se sentent bien et passent un bon temps. Un personnel attrayant attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à ce lieu est agréable. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix bas. Cet endroit a reçu la note de 4.7 sur Google d'après l'opinion des visiteurs.

L'établissement est agréable et bien agencé avec un service convivial. Côté culinaire les portions sont trop "minces" ou inégales selon les mets - cependant raffinés - pour le prix demandé que j'estime exagéré.Au bar,la distentation est inexistante entre les convives. De même au niveau des tables. Et aucune fenêtre n'est ouverte en hauteur afin d'aérer de temps en temps. C'est bien dommage....

When I actually got to be there the food and drinks were nice, however I give 1 star for the absolutely terrible service. Recently I have made a mistake booking a table at La Cote and ended up with a booking for a wrong date. By the time I realized the error it was too late to cancel for free as they have a fee for late cancellations. I did cancel anyway, but then to my surprise I was charged for 50EUR instead of 30EUR. I have contacted the establishment several times, but they have dismissed my questions, stating that their communication was clear on the fees. So I have checked the emails I was getting, and it turns out that only their first booking confirmation was listing a 25EUR per person fee, while a booking reminder (which I was looking at when cancelling) was stating a 15EUR per person fee, so did their cancellation email. Still they refused to return the difference and basically claimed that since the first email was saying 25 than everything is correct. This is a case of the poorest customer service I have seen in a long time, and it made me a detractor, not only I will never show up there again, I will make sure more people know about this pitiful behaviour. Incredible pulpo, oysters and most of the dishes! Peaches are so good too! Great selection of wines incl nattys too and a nice coctail menu! Service and staff are great. A+
