Nourriture excellente, néanmoins un soucis de commande de la part du personnel nous a valu une note plus salée que prévue, que nous avons dû prendre à notre charge. Prêtez attention à ce qui vous est servi en particulier pour les touristes non avertis ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

La Cisterna is hands down our FAVORITE restaurant in the greater Rome area. The food is delicious with amazing portions to price ratio. But hands down the number one reason to come here is to be served by Remo! Remo is our favorite person in the world! The first time we visited, it was on whim and Remo was an absolute delight, my wife ordered a Coke and he was jokingly offended she wasn't ordering wine. When he brought her Coke out he again joked "here's your whiskey mixer". Absolute delight of a human. He'll bust your balls with a warm smile like you are a dear friend. To my fellow Americans who are complaining about service. Know this is not a tourist Italian restaurant this is an authentic Italian restaurant. You may sit there 10 minutes before you get a menu. That's just how it is, enjoy the experience and enjoy the atmosphere. Dinner is going to take a few hours. Go into it expecting that and you will enjoy our number one must visit restaurant in all of Rome. This place was so beloved by us after our trip we spent months trying to track down the little restaurant in Trastevere we stumbled into and before our most recent trip we found it and made it our second time.
