Best Peruvian cuisine in the area. Thanks to Junior and Mary, who guided me to this authentic Peruvian restaurant, I was able to enjoy some of the best dishes of my life. Their recommendation allowed me to discover "La Chola" and have an amazing dining experience. The braised chicken was the absolute star of our lunch: succulent, perfectly cooked and fabulously marinated. The homemade sauces, prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients, enhanced each dish sublimely. The salad and potatoes, served as a side dish, were fresh and well prepared, completing the meal perfectly. Chicha morada, a traditional drink made from purple corn, was another pleasant discovery. Sweet and refreshing, it was the ideal complement to our lunch. And I cannot fail to mention the lucuma popsicles, a typical dessert that closed our culinary experience with a sweet note of perfection. I have never eaten so well in my life. Each dish at "La Chola" tells a story of authenticity and dedication to Peruvian cuisine. The credit for this extraordinary discovery goes entirely to Junior and Mary, who guided us on this sensorial journey with their enthusiastic publicity. Thanks to them, my friends and I were able to enjoy a gastronomic experience that will remain in our hearts. In conclusion, "La Chola" is a real gem for anyone who wants to discover the authentic flavors of Peru.
