Hamburgers and hotdogs are cooked on the plate when ordered. A hamburger or a hot dog in its raw state takes a minimum of 10 to 12 minutes of cooking to reach the minimum legal temperature to be served and that of course if you are the only customer in line. Nothing is frozen or cooked in advance with us! To conclude, we are all human with feelings and emotions, there are no robots working for us. When an error or a special request is presented to us in a courteous and polite manner then you will never encounter a problem at La Cabane à Masson where you are always greeted with a warm smile.
