It was a wonderful place. Even though the pizza was very large, it tasted amazing. They were warm and freshly made. The staff are kind and amazing. A wonderful place to go. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Meaty Pizza

The service is terrible, you wait 30 minutes for someone to come to you and another 30 minutes to pay. The pick-up itself is a funny story, just a burnt pizza that I unfortunately did not check on the spot ((( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We ate at L'Osteria Baden-Baden a while ago because all other restaurants were closed. It was really a bad experience. The service either didn't speak German or made inappropriate jokes that didn't improve the situation. In total we waited 40 minutes for our food and then when we asked we were told that we had been forgotten. So the food was in the kitchen, but for some reason it wasn't served to us. The food arrived cold, the noodles were hard and not aromatic. At the end of our visit we wanted to have our pizza wrapped, but the waiter brought a wrapper to our table and let us wrap the pizza ourselves. In my opinion, disgraceful. Went into the restaurant with high expectations and walked out absolutely shocked. Would not recommend this restaurant because of the staff.
