One of my favorite Shanghai style restaurant. I used to go there a lot with my besty when I was studying close by, and haven't been there for few years ever since I graduate and moved out from this neighborhood. I went there last week and the food are still as good as before. All the aunties are friendly and welcome, reminds me the good old days. I had the ginger beef, with a bowl of steamed rice, it was my lunch break I was working a few hundred metres away; and I was a little hesitant that they might not make my food fast enough, and it might not be good. To my surprise not only the service was fairly speedy, it was the best ginger beef I've had in a while, the beef strips we're cooked to perfection, it was seasoned quite well, and also the green peppers, and onions sauteed to perfection, really tied the whole dish together, I was quite impressed, and I finished everything, and I mean everything. I can't say for sure if it was my cravings for Chinese food at that moment may have had an impact on my perception of the taste, but I was blown away, I wished I was able to try more of their dishes, but I was bound by time; for I had to be back at work, curse my luck, but this place forever left an impact on me, Ive tried many Chinese restaurants and this is quite easily in the top tier of my go to list. I'm not claiming I'm some sort of a food connoisseur, but I know when something is good, and trust me this was good. I will visit here again, in the near future, and I hope that if your in the mood for Chinese, I suggest that you ' Lin Chinese Cuisine and Tea House'Thank you in taking the time to read this, I hope this review hells you in any way possible, take care.
