Just mince, nothing else, no herbs or anything, not even salt and pepper.
The bun was stone cold and soggy, not toasted.
The potatoes also refrigerated and in a grease soup, several days old I think. I didn’t try more than 2 and I had to spit them into a serviette.
I didn’t try the grey gunk heavily plastered on both sides of the meat, it looked like a heart attack of grease.
All around it was cold, bland and disgusting.
The staff are very nice though. I can’t fault them. Really good staff.
The table beside me ordered 4 burgers and nobody ate them either.
If you don’t understand burgers don’t put them on the menu. Or learn how to do it properly.
This was the only bad meal I had after 6 months living in Paris! €17 (just the burger) down the drain and now I need to go somewhere else as I’m starving.
My advice, don’t bother!
Plenty of better places to eat at this lovely market.
