After 20 years of frequenting the establishment and the restaurant, today we were treated like beggars only for having asked for the right portion of the first course as per the price list, still willing to pay a supplement, because we know the place and have always liked the cuisine. and Michele's kindness. When paying, the question was raised that we could not ask for a slightly larger portion (2 tomatoes with rice rather than 1) because, according to the person at the cash register, we would have objected to the supplement, when in fact we were aware of the increase in price. . Instead, it's their fault because they didn't correct the price list but they took the liberty to do the math in our pockets. We, end consumers, have to submit to the increase in prices of raw materials and therefore we agree to pay a little more for the services we request and we know it. Insisting in front of so many people in line that we would refuse the surcharge was really embarrassing, also because we had very politely asked and not demanded.
