Après avoir visité Emmanuel Church, venez manger ici. La cuisine libanaise créée par un chef grandiose est merveilleuse à cet endroit. Les cuisiniers de ce restaurant font de leur mieux pour donner aux invités un Mélange de grillades cuit à la perfection. Faites l'expérience d'essayer un parfait délectable. Essayez un vin délicieux ici. Un café immense est ce qui peut vous faire revenir à Restaurant Arabesque.
Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce lieu parce qu'il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. C'est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients que cet endroit propose un prix moyen. Vous apprécierez un décor familial et une atmosphère belle à ce restaurant. Restaurant Arabesque est dans le guide Michelin et a obtenu 2 "couverts noirs" : les experts soulignent son très bon confort.

Et bien voilà un restaurant Libanais vraiment sympas, cuisine top, chapeau la brigade, le service par des jeunes sympathiques, qui connaissent très bien les plats, bravo… super soirée passée et un petit dommage pour le manque de choix des vins sur la carte mais sinon top!!! Merci. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was part of a table of six that came for dinner on 2 Dec. While the food was good, the wait staff was nice, and the ambiance was on point, the actual service was well below average . For the price point of this restaurant in a top rated five-star hotel, the service was both incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Again, the wait staff were nice but it was obvious they have not been provided the training needed to be professional in their craft. Few examples: 1) My friend requested a cocktail be made with tequila rather than rum. When she specifically asked which tequila would be used, the waiter's response was something to the effect of, "I don't know. That's done at the bar." The waiter did not offer to even check, and my friend had to specifically ask him to do this. It was frustrating that we had to press the staff to provide such basic information. 2) We ordered at least 6-7 appetizers that were meant to be eaten with pita bread. Yet we had to ask for the bread THREE times between two separate wait staff. The staff or kitchen were soo slow that we didn't even get any bread until we were more than halfway through the appetizers! Add to that, the bread was cold. For the amount of time and chasing staff it took to get this, at minimum it could have been a quality product. 3) It was only when we were more than halfway through the main course that the waiter offered to provide us toasted pita, noting it was very good. I don't understand why this was offered at the very beginning of our meal. For a restaurant that is part of a five-star hotel, we all assessed the staff were having an off day. The restaurant was barely at 40 percent capacity so it's not as if they were overwhelmed with too many customers. Overall, for the price point and five star affiliation of this restaurant, it was not remotely worth it due to the well below average service. I am therefore, unfortunately, unable to recommend Restaurant Arabesque. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
