Contacted yesterday to come and have an interview for a position in this restaurant (I did not apply, they themselves approached me via pole emploi), so I find myself in front today to have the interview agreed at 11 a.m. At 11:40 a.m. and after several phone calls to the person who approached me yesterday and without answers, I decide to leave when a worker comes out leaving the door open. So I enter the restaurant and finally manage to meet a person with whom I begin a semblance of an interview (the bar manager for a waiter position, however he was friendly enough and seemed to know what he was talking about). When the boss arrives, without any idea why I am here, and asks me to come and do a test tomorrow, something that I cannot do having already been engaged for more than a week in another place for another test, I offer to come on Saturday (the day after tomorrow) but then the boss gets angry and tells me that if I can't come tomorrow it's dead. So sorry to tell you that you are not the center of the world, you yourself came to approach me, I am making the effort to free myself to meet you this morning even though I had originally requested an interview in the 'afternoon, you make me wait 40 minutes in full sun in front of the restaurant without any news, so no, I'm not going to cancel my other commitments for you overnight. Another boss who we will hear whining because he can't find employees, so in terms of food I don't know and I will never know because I will never set foot in this place again, on the other hand know that If the waiter pulls his face, it's probably because the boss isn't the nicest person I've ever met.
