An old Calabrian saying goes: "he who eats with two jaws will soon drown himself". It really needs to be said: packed rooms, I think even beyond the capacity of the pizzeria/kitchen, patrons waiting at the table for two hours, impatient and with the beer now warm, irritated to see that during the long wait the pizzeria was dedicating so much time to TAKE AWAY service, since numerous customers left with piles of pizzas to eat at home. The approximation of the dining room staff who no longer knows what to invent. It's not the first time this has happened, but over time the service has gradually gotten worse. Yet little would be enough: on busier evenings, limiting the takeaway service would both help the staff on duty and offer customers an image of professionalism and better service. If we add to all this the indisposition of the lady at the checkout who doesn't even discount the 0.70 cents on a bill of over 200 euros paid in cash, the omelette is served. Nice and welcoming place, with large internal and external spaces. The menu is full of appetizers, pucce, burgers, pizzas and desserts... for all tastes, but also for people intolerant to gluten or lactose and people who adopt a vegan/vegetarian diet. The choice is really rich, especially for pizzas: there are white pizzas, red pizzas, gourmet pizzas and even vegan pizzas. All ingredients are local and seasonal, such as the use of black chickpeas from Cassano and local cereals. My family and I went to Lab 78 in the evening to eat pizza together. We all chose more "elaborate" pizzas, served in a scenographic and elegant way. A joy for the eyes and the palate. ONLY FLAX! Although the waitresses were welcoming, unfortunately they were quite distracted: the menus arrived 30 minutes after we sat down, even though we asked for them 2 or 3 times. After the menu finally arrived, one of the two waitresses came every 5 minutes to take the order. There was no balance between too late or too early. Furthermore, one of the glasses was dirty and when we asked for a change, the waitress we asked made an annoyed face. In any case, the place and the food offered are worth it. I suggest improving the service, with more attention to the customer, to harmonize excellent products offered with a quality service. Until next time! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
