I ordered 3 pizzas today through the app. This is my first order at La Piece. I paid by card. After 10 minutes, the operator called back to check the information about the order. In the background, the operator was VERY noisy, she was trying to understand something. As far as I understood, there was supposed to be some kind of discount for me, but it won't be because I used the 1+1=3 promotion, and it doesn't add up together. First, I did not choose a promotion, and when ordering, it automatically subtracts the cost of one pizza. Secondly, why announce that "we wanted to give you a discount, but we changed our minds and we won't give a damn". This is at least illogical and causes only surprise. Thirdly, this is the first time I have encountered such a noise in the background of all call centers that I could barely make out any of the operator's words. The order was made at 18.07 and paid for, but nowhere is it said that the waiting time will be counted from the moment the operator calls. After half an hour, they called again that the courier would be late for 10-15 minutes. And finally I got a pizza! And here is complete disappointment... How to eat burnt and completely dried out? The dough is extremely thin, but completely dry, it must have been kept in the oven. It is not even possible to chew, it simply does not chew, no matter how hard you try. Even with the taste of burnt. Everything went in the trash... UAH 458 also in the trash. It was not possible to evaluate the taste of the filling. There were no thicker sides, as is the case with other pizzas. That's why you could drive nails with the edges of the pizza Order 39089 P.S. After reading the reviews of others, I realized that the situation with late delivery is a regularity that cannot be corrected. I haven't had a critical one yet, but you definitely need to lose customers to draw a conclusion and analyze your KPI. But this is already a question for the owners, who probably do not analyze the situation. At the expense of burnt pizza - I realized that I am not the only one with such a problem. Your employees should understand that if they have a shortage, it is better to call and postpone the delivery time than to bring what they made, but the customer will not be able to eat. You have a lot of options, apologize and postpone the delivery (make the pizza 5 minutes maximum ), offer a drink while you wait, something else. Most people perceive it adequately, but to bring OTAKE is rude.
