I have long been accustomed to our unobtrusive Kamchatka service in all establishments of the region and therefore I treat it quite calmly. But this establishment has recently disappointed the most. We used to come there quite often for lunch, everything was fine, because, really, the food is delicious and served quickly. However, after the failed lunch, I didn’t set foot there at all. I ordered a set and they brought me a salad. A friend has arrived. Not only did no one come to her for my order for almost half an hour, but they didn’t even bring out my second one. It was very joyful to watch the guests who came after me chew. We contacted the waiters twice, to no avail. The third time I went to the counter. They answered me: “What? Don’t you see? We’re busy!” Thank you, at least they didn’t send it along a known route... although no, they did send it. The girl who took my order, we are not deaf or blind. If it’s your custom to send a guest instead of apologizing, then okay, good luck in business. They were forced to get up and leave. By the way, who is there to transfer 100 rubles for the salad, otherwise the bill most likely went hand in hand with my second one somewhere. If it were possible to give minus 10, I would. A very tasty and adequate establishment. Friendly, competent staff. Stylish design of the room, excellent dishes. The art cafe is located on the 2nd floor of the Kvartal shopping building. Those who will be visiting the establishment for the first time may have difficulty finding the cafe itself in the trading house - do not be alarmed, enter from the main entrance and go up to the 2nd floor. In addition to the cafe, the owners provide catering services.
