I am completely outraged by my experience at Kuto in Mascouche! Refusing to remove walnuts from a tartare because of an allergy is not only irresponsible, but downright dangerous. We are talking about serious allergens, and their insane policy of no longer changing dishes, without notice, seems to change depending on the manager's moods. It’s scandalous! There was no understanding, no consideration for my situation. This isn't even a request to add foods for free, just to avoid dangerous ingredients. How can a restaurant treat its customers like this? It is unacceptable that their priority is profitability and not security. I ate here very often, in groups, with family, and with friends.
