An absolute highlight for gourmets! I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant with my wife and we continue to be amazed by the incredible quality and creativity of the food and drinks. Each course was a little journey for the senses, perfectly coordinated and presented with great attention to detail. The drinks: From the sparkling sparkling wine Brut Natur by Sven Leiner as an introduction to the carefully selected wines, such as the 2016 Riesling Ganz Horn GG by Wirtschaftierat Rebholz or the 2022 Gamay by Bastian Wolber, nothing was left to chance here. Every drop was a pleasure and complemented the food perfectly. The food: The sauerbraten croquette was a sophisticated start, closely followed by the delicate char with carrot and chervil - a taste harmony! I was particularly impressed by the venison with chestnuts and Baden truffles, a real taste explosion that was underlined by the perfectly balanced Pinot Noir. The pastured chicken with broccoli and olive and the pumpkin with pear and ginger were also a dream. The crowning conclusion: The apple fritter with cinnamon and milk was the perfect sweet touch to round off this culinary evening. The beetroot with chocolate and chili was also a bold and very successful twist. Conclusion: This restaurant is a haven for anyone who appreciates good food and great wine. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere perfectly rounded off the evening. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience! We were there as a registered group. The previous arrangements were simple and uncomplicated. We were served very courteously and quickly, the food was very varied, fresh, excellent, the prices were very fair, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the room was very bright, the location was wonderful with the nearby spa park. We can only warmly recommend the Kurhaus Bad Dürrheim and thank the whole team for the uncomplicated arrangements, the hospitality and the good service.
