Thank you for the visit and kind words for our bakery. Indeed, we are a small production and would like keep it that way :) As for the cold products, we unfortunately cannot use warm croissants since most of them are filled with our homemade creams so we must let them cool to room temperature to be able to fill them. We can assure you that we bake a fresh batch every 1,5-2h
