Selbst das Gemüse wird noch tourniert. Die Tellersprache ist klar und wunderbar angerichtet. In meinen Augen könnten die Gerichte weitaus mehr kosten. Ein Muss für jeden, der Wert auf tolle Kulinarik legt.
