If you want something delicious Swabian food, you've come to the right place with Gise and Thomas. The roast beef is a poem, but so is the cheese spaetzle. The schnitzel anyway. The portions are really big. But reserve in advance. Otherwise it couldn't work. It's a small, cozy snug and always full. I can only warmly recommend the Küferstüble.
