If you want to find this donut shop, you should take a compass, a hiking map and a survival course with you. The shop is so well hidden that you almost expect to get the find-fox prize at the checkout. And then there are the countless bad reviews: "Bad service!", "Too sweet!", "Donuts too round!" But, surprise: The service is actually quite friendly, the donuts are (unfortunately) delicious and it's better not to talk about quality, otherwise you might admit to yourself that you'll come back. Worst service!! Just stopped to buy donuts to be informed that they open at 09:00 but on their site it says 08:00. When I said that is says they open at 08:00 they said no the site says that but they only open at 09:00 Just won’t go to the grove branch again.

Was my birthday and had to work,i knew id be getting the 1 extra dozen by krispy kreme so had no plans for cake. When i finally arived at Krispy Kreme the grove at 6pm i get told that they were busy today and dont have the glazed donuts to do the birthday voucher.Where on the app it clearly doesnt mention anything about [till stock lasts] I get told to go to menlyn which is almost 10km away and by my surprise ill get there and they wont have any either. The lady tells me that the voucher doesnt expire but clearly it wont be my birthday tomorrow or a week from now.. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
