Always love coming back to Kosoo! Fast service and delicious food! Personal fave is their Mayack Chicken and Kimchi Jiggae. I tried not to leave a negative review if possible, but I am leaving it in the hope that the manager or owner will review it. I think I visited late at night, but the chicken seemed to have been fried for a long time and was hard and oily. It didn't have the crispy feel of freshly fried chicken at all, and the quality was like old chicken seasoned with cheese seasoning. The fried rice cake was more edible than the chicken. (I tried one or two pieces and didn't touch it after that. It was a waste, so I took it home. I packed it but ended up not eating it and threw it away) And the Bulnak hot pot seemed to have a lot of ingredients, but it tasted like tasteless water, to the point where I thought it was just plain water and not broth. So, I asked to add dadaegi, but perhaps because they couldn't communicate, they gave me red pepper powder. I thought I would at least add that in, but it felt like the taste of red pepper powder had been added +3 to the taste of the water. But since this is an expensive food, I tried to save it by bringing in the leftover soup and adding my own kimchi to avoid wasting money, but it didn't work... The side dishes also seem to be too serious. I was disappointed after taking one bite, so I piled it up like that with the intention of not eating it. I don't know if the menu I ate was particularly good and the rest of the menu was of good quality, but to be honest, it was one of the least delicious Korean foods I've ever eaten. sorry. In my opinion, the overall seasoning of the food was too weak, and I didn't feel any saltiness at all when I tried the bean sprouts or kimchi as a side dish. For your information, the servers were very friendly. So I was very disappointed with the food quality, but I remember giving a tip.
